Tasting Notes: A lovely red colour. Aromas of red berry with hints of cacao, that follow through to the palate, add in smooth vanilla oak.  Fresh and light, well structured with balanced tannins and good minerality. Rich length that has excellent depth of flavour. Tannins & acidity create a velvety smooth texture.  Very easy drinking.

10 days in stainless steel tanks followed by aging in oak 40hl barrels for 10 months. 

Food Match :  Excellent with BBQ chicken, Grilled fish, cheeses.
